Paulina Rodriguez

In this role, Paulina served as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing high-volume calls and maintaining organized records – experiences that strengthened her communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. 
Building on this foundation, Paulina transitioned into the legal field as a Criminal Defense paralegal. In this capacity, she assists attorneys with case management, client intake interviews, drafting legal documents, organizing discovery, and trial preparation. Her work requires attention to detail, knowledge of criminal procedures, and the ability to support both clients and counsel efficiently and discreetly. Through this role, Paulina has developed a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and a passion for guiding clients through complex legal challenges. 

Paulina earned Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from the University of Houston – Downtown and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. Whether preparing vital case materials, managing client intake, or contributing to the community, Paulina approaches each task with dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to making a positive impact. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, whether it’s supporting them at school activities or enjoying family outings together.
