Jasmin Ann Rosas is a Senior Paralegal whose role combines advanced legal knowledge with years of hands-on experience managing complex cases and supporting attorneys. She brings a wealth of experience in Criminal Defense and has developed a deep passion for Personal Injury work. Serving as both a Case Manager and Litigation Paralegal, Jasmin is an integral part of our Personal Injury team. She manages case files, guides clients throughout the legal process, and is dedicated to achieving successful outcomes with care and determination.

Biography
She began her career in the legal field in 2016 as a receptionist at a law firm, where she quickly advanced into an administrative paralegal for their Family Law, Immigration, and Criminal Defense divisions. In October 2018, she transitioned into a full-time role as a Criminal Defense Paralegal, developing a strong foundation in case management and trial preparation. Her dedication and leadership led her to become a Criminal Defense Paralegal Manager mentoring and overseeing a team of paralegals. At the conclusion of her tenure with the firm, Jasmin also gained valuable managerial experience as Recruiting Manager within the Business Development department, where she oversaw hiring and talent initiatives.
By combining her management experience with her legal expertise, Jasmin brings a well-rounded and detail-oriented approach to her role. She is dedicated to supporting the firm and ensuring that clients receive professional and compassionate service throughout the legal process. Looking ahead, she strives to continue growing within the firm by expanding her knowledge in Personal Injury, mentoring new paralegals, and helping to streamline processes that improve efficiency and service.
Beyond the office, Jasmin is a dedicated wife and mom. She cherishes movie nights spent cuddled up with her little ones.
