Litigation Paralegal & Legal Operations Specialist

From the front desk to running a paralegal team.

Jasmin began her legal career in 2016 as a receptionist and advanced into an administrative paralegal role supporting family law, immigration and criminal defense. In October 2018 she moved into a full-time criminal defense paralegal position, where she built extensive experience in litigation support, trial preparation, legal research and case strategy.

She was promoted to Criminal Defense Paralegal Manager, supervising and mentoring a team of paralegals while carrying her own litigation workload, and later served as Recruiting Manager in business development.

Today she supports Ace Law's personal injury litigation: case development, discovery, trial preparation, document drafting and the day-to-day litigation support that lets the attorneys advocate properly. She is focused on deepening her expertise in personal injury litigation and on mentoring the people coming up behind her.

Community involvement

Jasmin helps organise the firm's volunteer work as well as taking part in it.
