Isela Gomez

Case Manager

The part of a claim clients feel most.

Isela works with clients throughout their cases, handling case coordination, medical record collection, client communication, insurance claim support and the organisation of case files that keeps a matter moving. Her attention to detail and her ability to work at pace have made her a key member of the personal injury team.

She takes the client-facing part of the job seriously: explaining the process to people who have never made a claim before, and making sure they are not left wondering where their case stands.

She is completing an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies to deepen her expertise in personal injury work. Outside the office she spends her time with her family and her dog.
