As a Case Manager, Isela works closely with clients throughout their cases, serving as a trusted point of contact and providing guidance during every stage of the claims process. She assists with case coordination, medical record collection, client communications, insurance claim support, and maintaining organized case files to ensure matters progress efficiently and effectively. Her compassionate approach and commitment to client service help clients feel informed and supported during what can often be a difficult time in their lives.Isela takes great pride in contributing to the firm’s mission of providing exceptional legal representation and personalized client care. She finds fulfillment in helping injured clients understand the legal process and ensuring they receive the attention and support they deserve throughout their case.

Committed to continued professional growth, Isela is currently completing her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies to further expand her legal knowledge and expertise. She looks forward to continuing to develop her skills in Personal Injury law while contributing to the success of Ace Law and the clients the firm serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
