\n

Ramses served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Justice Clint Morgan at the First Court of Appeals, where he analyzed complex civil and criminal appellate issues, and assisted chambers in evaluating appellate arguments and procedural challenges. Previously, Ramses interned for the Honorable Judge Natalia Cornerlio of the 351st Harris County District Court, working on felony criminal matters involving Constitutional litigation, evidentiary disputes, and sentencing issues.\u00a0<\/p>

In private practice, Ramses has assisted with high-stakes criminal defense litigation, appellate briefing, and courtroom representation under a Texas Supervised Practice Card. His experience involves family, juvenile, and criminal proceedings throughout Harris and Fort Bend County.<\/p>

Beyond the courtroom, Ramses is deeply committed to access to justice and community advocacy. As support staff at the Randall Sorrell\u2019s Legal Clinics, he has worked directly with indigent clients while helping bridge communications gaps for Spanish Speaking communities. In 2022, Ramses participated in a White House and U.S. Department of Justice Eviction Prevention Convening, addressing the national eviction crisis and was recognized for his contributions to housing advocacy efforts. He later was honored with the Maria Johnson Change Agent Award at Texas Southern University for his leadership and community impact.<\/p>

Fluent in English and Spanish, Ramses combines strong legal analysis with a client-centered approach grounded in service, professionalism, and advocacy.<\/p>
